Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your AccessFit 24/7 account and personal data at any time. Choose the option that works for you below.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the AccessFit 24/7 mobile app:
- 1Open the AccessFit 24/7 app on your phone
- 2Sign in to your account
- 3Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
- 4Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- 5Confirm with your password
Your account is deleted immediately and you will be signed out.
Option 2: Email us
If you can't access the app, send us an account deletion request:

- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our systems:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- Your gym memberships and digital key credentials
- Your class bookings and access events
- Your saved payment methods (card details are stored only with Stripe and removed from there too)
- Your support tickets and feedback submissions
- Your push notification tokens and device data
- Your identity verification documents
What we retain (and why)
A small amount of data is retained after account deletion, but only where required by law or for legitimate security purposes:
- Payment records — retained for the period required by Australian tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
- Anonymised access audit logs — retained for security and incident response. These contain no personally identifying information after your account is deleted.
- Aggregated analytics — anonymised platform usage patterns used to improve the service.
Timeline
- In-app deletion — your account is deleted immediately. Door access via the digital key is revoked at the same time.
- Email request — processed within 30 days of receipt.
- Backup purge — deleted data is removed from encrypted backups within an additional 30 days.
Active membership?
Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund for any active gym membership. If you have paid for an unused portion of a membership, please contact your gym directly or email info@accessfit247.com before deleting your account so we can help you with a refund where applicable.
