The terms that govern your use of the AccessFit 24/7 platform.
Effective Date: 1 January 2025
AccessFit 24/7 (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a platform that connects gym members with fitness facilities through digital access control, online memberships, class booking, and automated payments. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to the following terms.
The Platform
AccessFit 24/7 is a marketplace and technology platform. We provide the software that enables gym owners to manage memberships, accept payments, and control door access. We also provide members with tools to discover gyms, sign up for memberships, book classes, and access facilities using their smartphone. We do not own or operate any gym facilities.
Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device
- You must not share your digital access credentials with anyone
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Memberships & Payments
Pricing & Plans
Membership plans and pricing are set by individual gym owners. AccessFit 24/7 does not control or set membership fees. All prices are displayed at the time of sign-up, and you agree to the selected plan's billing cycle when subscribing.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Gym owners receive funds via Stripe Connect. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of gym access until the payment is resolved.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your membership at any time from the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. Refunds are at the discretion of the gym owner. AccessFit 24/7 does not process refunds directly.
Gym Access & Safety
- Access is granted only during your active membership period
- You must complete the gym's safety induction (if required) before your first visit
- All door access events are logged for security and compliance purposes
- Misuse of access (e.g. letting non-members through) may result in immediate suspension
- 24/7 access availability is subject to individual gym policies
Acceptable Use
You agree to follow all safety rules, gym policies, and equipment guidelines set by the facility. You must treat gym property and other members with respect. Report any safety concerns, equipment faults, or incidents to the gym owner through the platform's support system or directly to emergency services if urgent.
For Gym Owners
Gym owners are responsible for the accuracy of their gym listings, pricing, and operating hours. You must ensure your facility meets local safety and compliance requirements. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect, and a platform fee is deducted from each membership transaction. You retain full control over your membership plans, access levels, and member management.
Limitation of Liability
AccessFit 24/7 is a technology platform that connects members with gym facilities. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses incurred at gym premises. Gym owners are responsible for maintaining safe facilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, though we aim for 99.9% uptime. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
